Peru is a country on the Pacific Coast of South
America. Its geography varies from the dry
plains of the Pacific coast to the peaks of the
Andes Mountains and the bio-diversity of the tropical forests in the Amazon Basin. Follow us to the famous Lost City of the Incas - Machu Picchu - and nearby town of Cuzco, according to the Incas “The Center of the World”. Lake Titicaca is the world's highest navigable lake and with its floating reed islands of course another highlight not to be missed while in Peru. Arequipa's stunning white architecture and the Colca Canyon, deepest in the world, are further attractions in this country which will awaken your senses. Amazon cruises and jungle lodges can be found in Manu and Iquitos. And Lima, the capital, has a well preserved Old City that is worth a visit.
