Australia

Australia is very famous for its natural wonders, his beaches, deserts, the bush, and the Outback, and of course for the magnificent Great Barrier Reef. Cosmopolitan cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth have a lot to offer. Living in New Zealand, we like our big neighbours because in a way living in Australia has a lot in common with our life in New Zealand. We recommend to our clients some journeys we have done in this amazing country:
We loved Tasmania with its beautiful landscapes, the Northern Territories including Cairns and its tropical hinterland. The Whitsundays and the Great Barrier are also highly recommended as well as the big Cities Sydney and Melbourne.

Begin your journey in Melbourne, Australia’s second biggest city. Visit a boutique winery and marvel at the koala bears and penguins on Philip Island. Continue on to Sydney Australia’s “Harbour City”, with its landmark opera house. Climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge and witness spectacular views of the city. Embark on a luxury 4WD tour to the Blue Mountains and see a variety of natural attractions. Your tour continues to Ayers Rock, the famous sandstone formation, where you will enjoy a leisurely camel ride. Continue on to Mossman where you will spend time in the heart of the rainforest and then to Cairns, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. In Cairns you will experience the Reef on a catamaran cruise and then take to the skies for a spectacular hot air balloon ride. This itinerary combines the best of Australia, enjoying many highlights and wonders along the way.
Highlights include the Whitsundays, Sailing, Langford Reef, CID Harbour, Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet, Border Island, Nara Inlet, Nara Caves, Blue Pearl Bay, and Hayman Island. This magic region will have you spellbound - pristine beaches, lush rainforests and dazzling waterways, in fact there are so many reasons why the Whitsundays is known as one of the greatest aquatic playgrounds on earth.
See all of Southern Australia - Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, Adelaide and Kangaroo Island. In Melbourne, see historical buildings, beautiful gardens and shopping areas famous for their restaurants and fashion. Enjoy an excursion to Phillip Island, also known as a wildlife island. Penguins come ashore each evening at dusk from their ocean feeding grounds. Spend the next two days exploring the Great Ocean Road along the south-eastern coast and one of Australia's great scenic coastline drives. Fly to Adelaide, and discover a charming city full of history. See great views from Montefiore Hill and sample tempting chocolates at Haigh's Chocolates. Journey through the Barossa Valley, home to traditional music, arts and crafts and, of course, wine. Take the ferry over to Kangaroo Island and spend two full days exploring the pristine wilderness. Kangaroo Island is a place that has offered protection to substantial populations of native Australian animals, not to mention a place of beauty and escape. As your time in Adelaide comes to an end you have the option of continuing to travel through the South Pacific, or returning home.
